Integration Costs

Gmail Pro

Gmail Pro uses our API quota, so costs are included in your plan limits:

  • Starter: Up to 1,000 calls/month
  • Professional: Up to 10,000 calls/month
  • Overage: £0.01 per API call

Each email view, send, or search counts as an API call.

WhatsApp Pro

WhatsApp Pro uses your own WhatsApp Business API account:

  • ✓ Standard WhatsApp Business pricing

You'll be charged by Meta for messages sent through your WhatsApp Business account.

Royal Mail API

Royal Mail API uses your own Royal Mail account:

  • ✓ Standard Royal Mail pricing

Postage costs are charged by Royal Mail when you create shipments.

Frequently Asked Questions

A page view is counted each time you load a page in the dashboard (contacts list, contact details, settings, etc.). Refreshing a page counts as another view. API calls are separate and counted independently.

Each API request to create, read, update, or delete a contact counts as one API call. Gmail Pro API calls (viewing emails, sending emails, searching) also count toward your API limit. WhatsApp and Royal Mail API calls use your own accounts and don't count toward our limits.

Gmail Pro uses our Google API quota to fetch and send emails on your behalf. Each email operation (viewing, sending, searching) consumes our API quota, which has costs associated with it. WhatsApp Pro and Royal Mail API use your own accounts, so there's no cost to us.

If you exceed your plan limits, we'll notify you and you can either upgrade your plan or purchase add-ons. Usage-based charges are billed at the end of the month. We won't cut off your service immediately, but continued overage may require upgrading.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges. Downgrading may require reducing your usage to fit within the new plan limits.
